Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be delighted with your Mejortec purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Important Note: This policy applies to purchases made directly from Mejortec. Products from other sellers may be subject to different policies, and we advise you to contact them directly. Please be aware that this policy may be supplemented or modified by applicable local laws and regulations.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it.

  • For cancellations requested more than 24 hours after the order is placed but before it has shipped, a transaction fee will be deducted from your refund (2.6% for credit card, 3.6% for PayPal, 3.3% for Klarna).
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped or more than 30 days after the original order date.

Return Policy

We currently accept returns only for orders shipped to the United States.

  • 30-Day Return Window: You may return items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Quality Issues: If you receive a defective product, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement within this 30-day period.
  • Initiate Return: To start a return, please first accept delivery of the package. Then, contact our Support Team at support@mejor-tec.com for return instructions.
  • Important: Please do not refuse a delivery. Refusing a shipment will result in a double shipping fee being deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping & Fees

For returned items that are not due to a quality issue on our part:

  • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • A transaction fee will also be deducted from your refund (2.6% for credit card, 3.6% for PayPal).

The Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email support@mejor-tec.com to initiate the return and receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
  2. Pack Securely: Please repack the product securely in its original packaging, including all components and accessories.
  3. Ship Back: Send the package to the address we provide.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
